Shopping and Dining in Summerlin, Las Vegas, NV

One of the top 20 Master-Planned Communities in the country, the rapidly developing Summerlin neighborhood offers increasingly more and more retail and dining options. Huward Hughes is expected to open a 102 acre retail area later this year and many other developers are working on one or another project as we speak. For now, allow me to suggest a few of the current, best shopping-and-dining centers in the area.

Meadows Mall

The Meadows Mall is a two-level mall located a few miles east of Summerlin. The mall counts 900,000 square feet of retail space and serves a large part of Summerlin resides. It offers shoppers over 140 specialty shops and eateries, amongst which such stores like Macy’s, Sears, Dillard’s, and JCPenney.

Boca Park Fashion Village

Boca Park Fashion Village has everything you need in a single place. There's a great variety of shops - Target, Verizon, Payless, Home Goods, Office Max, American Apperel, Hotties World, Total Wine, Lee's Liquors; as well as a large variety of places to dine - SambaLatte, Baja fresh, Gordon Beirsch, KONA Grill, Cheese Cake Factory, just to name a few. There is also plenty of parking around Boca Park, which always makes life easier.

Tivoli Village

The Tivoli Village is a popular shopping and dinning destination, offering an impressive mix of retailers, from world known luxury brands to unique local boutiques, and top notch restaurants. Brands found at Tivoli Village count among them - AI BIJOUX, Ritual Salon & SPA, View Wine Bar & Kitchen, Kabuki Japanese Restaurant, Brio Tuscan Grille.

Canyon Pointe

Canyon Pointe is a major shopping center in Summerlin, it covers 62 acres and offers over 600,000 square feet of retail and dining space. The center is home to numerous brands, amongst which - Best Buy, Borders, Costco, Lowes, Marshall’s, Office Depot, Bed Bath and beyond, Burger king, Islands, Olive Garden, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Agave Mexican Restaurant, and Pei Wei.
