Neighborhood Amenities in Mandarin, Florida

Mandarin is located in the Southern part of Jacksonville, East of the St. Johns River in Northeast Florida. It is an easy commute to downtown Jax or to the beaches leaving it an ideal commuting location with plenty to do. The current median home price is $250,000 with prices cheaper further from the beach, and higher closer to the beach. Mandarin zip codes are 32223, 32257, and 32258 but I also service the areas surrounding Mandarin in Duval, St. Johns and Clay Counties. I look forward to helping you find your next home!

Walter Jones Historic Park

The Walter Jones Historical Park is located along the St. Johns river covered by large oak canopies. 10 acres was acquired by Major Webb’s original homestead from the descendants of Walter Jones in 1994 and became the city’s first historical park. The park opened to the public in August 2000 and is now one of the best places to visit. The farmhouse, barn, outbuildings, and sawmill all take you back in time, while the nature trail along the riverfront boardwalk and picnic area make it a peaceful retreat.
