It contains a playground for children and miles of both large, smooth sidewalks and dirt trails for those who wish to walk, bike, run or enjoy exploring nature. The Tom Muehlenbeck Center is a public recreational facility that many liken to private clubs. It is nice, clean, and offers numerous amenities for all ages. Some of the offerings include indoor and outdoor pools, water slides and diving boards, weights and cardio machines, an indoor track, gymnasium, and a variety of classes. Children's Medical Center is an exceptional pediatric hospital that offers inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. The high quality of care delivered by physicians and nurse practitioners is something my family can personally attest to. The Shops at Willow Bend

The Shops at Willow Bend is an upscale shopping mall with multiple anchor stores including Neiman Marcus, Dillards, Macys, and Crate & Barrel. The lack of crowds and cleanliness make this mall personally more appealing than many others in the area. For those with children, make sure to visit Santa at the Ice Palace several weeks before Christmas to avoid long lines.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital is a large campus conveniently located just off of the Dallas North Tollway and offers a multitude of services. Be sure to arrive early for an appointment as finding the right office can take time!

Plano West Senior High School
