Top 10 Shopping and Entertainment Venues in Woodland Hills, CA

This area was officially given the name, Woodland Hills, in 1945. Cities surrounding Woodland Hills are the following: Calabasas, Hidden Hills, West Hills, Canoga Park, Winnetka and Tarzana. Woodland Hills is a new hot spot in the San Fernando Valley! With so many things to do, this guide will show you 10 reasons why Woodland Hills has everything you could ever want in a suburb!

Westfield Topanga

Since first opening it's door in February of 1964, the Topanda Plaza was California's first enclosed mall. It was later acquired by the Westfield Group. At Westfield Topanga, you can find luxury shops such as: Neiman's Marcus, Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo and Cartier. Westfield Topanga has a great variety in their food court and awesome restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen and Red Robin. There is also a Target, Macy's and Nordstrom's located at Westfield Topanga. Just south of Westfield Topanga, there is the newly built outdoor shopping & restaurant center called The Village at Westfield Topanga. It doesn't get any better than that! This is the San Fernando Valley's biggest mall.

Westfield Promenade

Westfield Promenade was first opened in 1973 under the name The Promenade at Woodland Hills. Located just south of The Village at Westfield Topanga, this mall has an AMC movie theater, P.F. Changs, Ruth's Chris, Corner Bakery and Maggiano's Little Italy.

The Village at Westfield Topanga

The Village at Westfield Topanga sits south of Westfield Topanga and north of Westfield Promenade. Here are some shops you can find at The Village:

Ruth's Chris Steak House

Located on the east end of Westfield Promenade, in the heart of Warner Center, Ruth's Chris is the place to have a filet mignon cooked to your desire! Ruth's Chris has an awesome Happy Hour that is reasonably priced as well. This is 1 of 4 Ruth's Chris in the Los Angeles County.

Located at the south-end of Wesfield Topanga, Nordstrom is one of America's top luxury department stores. This Nordstorm has the following:

Fry's Electronics

Fry's Electronics is located in the heart of the Warner Center area of Woodland Hills. If you are unfamiliar with Fry's Electronics, it's a big-box store and a retailer of software, consumer electronics, household appliances and computer hardware. It also has in-store computer repair and custom computer building services. Fry's is also popular with computer and electronic hobbyist because they stock dozens of variations of a single product. Each Fry's has a store theme. This store's theme is Alice in Wonderland.

Louis Vuitton Topanga Plaza

Louis Vuitton Malletier, mostly referred as Louis Vuitton, is THE French luxury goods store. Known for it's popular LV monogram, this store is located in the Westfield Topanga mall. Fun fact: since the 19th century, Louis Vuitton trunks have been made by hand!

Neiman Marcus Topanga

America's luxury speciality store, this store is located on the west end of Westfield Topanga. There are only 2 Neiman Marcus store in Los Angeles County -- one of them being in Woodland Hills!

Warner Ranch Park

Every summer, this beautiful park hosts a series of concerts or outdoor movie nights every Sunday (sometimes Saturdays for the outdoor movies). Warner Ranch Park also hosts an amazing 4th of July Firework Extravaganza every year where about 60,000 people across West San Fernando Valley can enjoy!

This Golfsmith is one of the few Golfsmith's in the Greater Los Angeles area. Golfsmith is the ultimate store of golf enthusiasts!
