John opening his own real estate and mortgage firm in 2005 and sold it in 2011, John ran a billion dollar branch of the Ford Motor Credit Company. He also worked in mortgage consulting for Washington Mutual. He was Assistant Vice President of American Homes 4 Rent. He purchased 350 foreclosures from Dade to Port Saint Lucie counties. He set the rehab budgets and oversaw the property management and leasing of the South Florida portfolio. He was also the broker of record for the state of Florida.

As a property investor himself, John is keenly aware of how to best serve his clients. He lives in Highland Beach and knows waterfront and luxury properties.
John grew up in Palm Beach County, graduating from Cardinal Newman High School in 1983. He has as bachelor's degree in business administration from Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, N.C.
