Arlington, Fort Worth, Aledo / Texas
I have been a resident in the Dallas Fort Worth area for 27 years, particularly Arlington and Fort Worth. We moved 18 miles west of Fort Worth in 1999 to Aledo in Parker County for their outstanding public schools.
If you are considering the DFW Metro area for your next home I encourage you to contact me so I can give you first hand knowledge of the area. There are several outstanding cities with great schools, churches, sports, entertainment, and homes. I can help you from having to move twice if think you need to rent for a year before deciding on purchasing a home.
Keller Williams Realty has the lions share of closed sales for the past 3 years and is the highest producing KW franchise in our company.
I love to work with relocating clients since I have had several corporate relocations in my former career as a Director of Culinary innovation for the worlds largest caterer. My relo real estate agent was an incredible help to us finding the right home, within our budget, in an outstanding location. Help me help you by contacting me for in-depth guide. What are your top 3 must haves in selecting where to live in N. Texas? The shchools your children will attend, commuting, city vs. suburbs vs. country, sports programs for high school & under, churches, entertainment, public transportation, professional sports venues, restaurants, shopping. Relocating to a new city is both exciting and stressful, having a real estate professional that can answer all of your questions will eliviate the stress.
Only have a three or four day weekend to look? No problem, when you have a buyers representation agreement with this agent he has your back and makes sure you get what your looking for. I am happy to take a weekend to guide you to homes for sale that fit your stated needs. Homes are selling very quicly in this area, some are listed and sold in 2 weeks with multiple offers. That is why you need someone that can put an offer together on the fly and get it to the listing agent, while making sure every single step in my check list is being completed in order of importance. You are basically looking for a great project manager that is very detailed. A real estate agent depends on customer satisfaction for referrals and to have that same client call me several years later and say we are ready to sell this home and buy a new one when can you start working with us again! That is the best compliment I could ever get!

Top 10 Neighborhood Amenities in Fort Worth, Texas

Fort Worth has had an amazing transformation over the past twenty years. The downtown area was deserted after dark in the 80's, but not anymore! Fort Worth boasts three outstanding museums and the annual FW Stock Show has a six-week run in February & March. The museums and the Stock Show at the Will Rogers complex are within walking distance from each other. Another area that has exploded over the past five years is West 7th St. where the old Montgomery Ward warehouse stood vacant for years along with other crumbling neighborhoods. What used to be an eyesore is now at the center of a vibrant collection of downtown condos, independent restaurants, upscale shops, parks, and much more. The Bass family of Fort Worth is a major contributor of the revitalization of downtown FW. It started with Sundance Square in the late 80's with the crown jewel being Bass Hall, home to The Cliburn International Piano Competition and other outstanding performances by major entertainers from around the country. Fort Worth hosts some of the best hospitals in the state and the hospital district areas like Magnolia St have become a magnet for startup independent restaurants & shops with the surrounding neighborhood homes being renovated. Homes built in the 20's & 30's have been completely gutted and updated by young professionals who want to live close to work and have the amenities close to home. Our TCU Horned Frog football team is now on the national stage during the playoffs in January and the TCU campus is growing by leaps & bounds. FW has rail transport from downtown right into Dallas. If your next move is to the DFW area I would strongly recommend Fort Worth! Let me show you why so many people new to the area have decided to make Fort Worth their home.
