Los Angeles / California
I was born and raised in the Philippines. I earned my degree in dentistry in the University of the East, Manila. I came to Los Angeles in 1976 and was naturalized citizen in 1983. I lived in Highland Park, a neighborhood in Northeast Los Angeles, a region of the city of Los Angeles, northeast of Downtown, bounded on the north by the cities of Glendale, Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and bounded on the east by several cities of the San Gabriel Valley. I was licensed in real estate in 1989 and my first real estate company I worked with was Century 21-Regency in Eagle Rock. In 1991, I left Century-21 Regency and joined Century 21-Golden Shield in Glendale. Century 21-Golden Shield later merged with Century 21-At the Exchange also located in Glendale. In 1998, Century 21-At the Exchange changed company's affiliation to Prudential California Realty becoming one of the largest "Single Office" in Glendale. In July 2014, Prudential California Realty was re-branded Hall and Chambers Real Estate, graduating from the traditional real estate brokerage building a real estate concept with fresh, bold ideas with a select team of professionals whom Hall and Chambers Real Estate believe are the most capable, honest and hard-working in the country. Hall and Chambers have four offices serving Glendale, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, La Crescenta, La Canada, Burbank including the cities of the San Gabriel Valley and San Fernando Valley. I am currently a member of Kiwanis Club of Fil-Am Metro Los Angeles, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the world, one child and one community at time. With my extensive knowledge and commitment to providing only the best and most timely information to my clients, I am your go-to source for real estate industry insight and advice.
My philosophy is simple: Clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed through-out the entire buying or selling process...I believe that if you're not left with an amazing experience, I haven't done my job. I don't measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
